Each of the other three bedrooms has its own job-built tile glass-enclosed showers, custom stone countertops or sleek pedestal sink, and high-end fixtures. Hot water for the entire house is unlimited with a gas-fired tankless water heater. Lighting throughout is high efficiency, low maintenance LED cans or fluorescent. Sleek, modern, ceiling fans are in each living area. The double decks on the back of the house as well as the two-slip covered boat dock and pier are all built with light-colored maintenance-free aluminum decking that is almost always cool enough to walk on with bare feet. Deck and dock both have see-through cable railing for unencumbered views. And the outside shower with hot and cold water is great for cooling off or enjoying a fresh rinse after a day in or on the lake.

Great home for working cruise and have a variety of restaurants within the area. I am close to the board walk and my backyard is fenced in for pets. Neighborhood is tranquil and safe and the property is flexible for a long term or short term stay.
